Is this a Premium Program ?
You hit the nail on the head! Yes, this mastery program is a premium, high-quality, intensive experience. This program is also an important investment. We only accept and work with business owners and individuals who are serious about transformation—both in their agency or in how they approach, mitigate, and coach or train their internal teams (if applicable).
Do I need to have employees to be a student of this program?
Yes, this program is designed for small business owners with at least one employee. Even a single employee can file a discrimination complaint or civil lawsuit against you, the business owner.
What happens after I submit my registration form and payment?
Great question! After you submit the registration form, we’ll email you for payment. Once payment is received, you’ll get onboarding materials, a welcome package, and documents to sign via DocuSign. Once signed, we’ll schedule your 1:1 sessions.
Will I be able to schedule our 1:1 sessions (Time and Days)
If you purchased the Add- on offer of our Three 1:1 Private coaching sessions. To accommodate everyone, students in the Cohort will select available times and days based on the order of registration and payment.
If I am a Co-Founder, can my Business Partner join with me ?
Yes, but each student will need a separate registration submission and secured seat within the Cohort.
If my Business Partner and I join, is there a group pricing?
No, because this program has limited seating per cohort, each co-owner is charged individually. We provide a full experience for each co-owner.
What if my Business Partner and I have a dispute ?
Great question! This program is not designed for resolving disputes between you and your business partner. Instead, mediation would be a better fit. Head over to our Mediation page to check out the benefits of mediation and schedule a consultation call.* *Consultation is $97 usd. required
Is there a Refund ?
All enrollments and purchases of online programs are final, with no refunds. Why? Our programs’ success depends on your full participation and implementation. While we provide proven knowledge and techniques, we cannot guarantee individual commitment. Additionally, we create on-demand role plays tailored specifically for your business or personal conflicts and disputes. Payment plans are available to those who request such option.
