Two ways conflict can be resolved
Conflict or dispute resolution shows up in two significant ways. From a legalese aspect, you have the Adjudicative realm. This sector consists of litigation or arbitration, where a judge, jury, or arbitrator determines the outcomes. From a civil aspect, you have the Consensual process. This sector consists of a collaborative environment and law, such as mediation, reconciliation, or negotiation, where the parties within the dispute can create a suitable outcome for their conflicts and reach their agreement. Our CRCs help our clients with the consensual process where we provide such services to help both parties create their best outcome.
You have Confidentiality
Our great rule of thumb is to remain impartial, remain confidential. As part of the rule, we will continually assure and emphasize that all mediation sessions are confidential unless one or both parties threaten to hurt themselves or the other party. Additionally, while court records remain public in all cases, including court mediation, The Impartial Lab holds confidentiality throughout the entire process. Ensuring you have a safe place to resolve your disputes privately. Moreover, we believe we have a fiduciary responsibility to preserve confidentiality for each party, Unless one or both parties consent or ask to share information with the other party. You win at Cost Effectiveness
Mediation is cost-effective, a fraction of the cost to hire attorneys and move your dispute through litigation. Should you decide an attorney should represent your matter due to issues, parties are required to seek mediation before the judge hears their case in CA. This means that unless you are not affiliated with a neutral mediation, the courts will assign you and the other party to a court mediator, which will hinder any control over the outcome of your case and thus prolong the hours you pay your attorney to facilitate and therefore fight for your case. Ultimately, if you can, you want to seek mediation by your choosing and allow both you and the other party to resolve the matter on your own and at a lesser cost.
You remain in Control
